We believe in taking a holistic approach to healthcare that considers the physical, emotional, and mental wellbeing of our patients. In addition we practice as a team that includes the provider the patient and involved family members so care decisions are agreed upon by all.

Our Philosophy
For facilities looking to partner with us, Visiting Healthcare Solutions will provide on-site patient rounding for monthly comprehensive visits and as needed for patients experiencing any acute complaints that requires a more urgent visit. We want to treat the patient within the facility when possible, preventing any unnecessary transfers to the hospital.
We also provide on-call services when we aren't in the facility and after hours.

Our providers at Visiting Healthcare Solutions are dedicated to providing the very best care to a vulnerable population. One way we do this is by reviewing medications at every visit and making sure our patients are not taking more medications than they absolutely need. The geriatric population often have polypharmacy and we will take action to decrease the amount of medications to only those that are needed.

As we age falls are a major cause of disability and decline in overall health. We want to create an environment that safely promotes independence and continued activity.
